Staybridge Suites in Charlottesville is a high-end, 74,444 square foot, four-story extended-stay hotel with 103 guest rooms, ranging from studios to two bedroom, two bathroom suites. Building construction consists of slab on grade concrete foundation and a wood frame structure with brick veneer and fiber cement siding.

The hotel features a fitness center, pantry, lounge, convenience store, meeting/conference rooms, business center, indoor pool, spacious outdoor patio complete with a fire pit and pavilion, and offices for general management and operations, sales, and engineering. Finishes include carpet, ceramic tile, and stamped concrete on the outdoor patio. Each guest room has a large work space and storage areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
