The 23,500 square foot Slusher Hall project at Virginia Tech is an 80 room partial renovation to a 12 story dormitory, originally built in 1972. The project consisted of an interior demolition to make way for new casework, framing, gypsum, and electrical. The surrounding facilities remained in operation and undisturbed for the duration of the project, which can be attributed to the creation and implementation of a detailed logistics plan. This project was completed on time and within budget.
