Radford Health & Rehab Center supplies residents with rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care. This project is a 10,360 square foot, one-story 15 bed addition to an existing nursing home facility. It is of wood frame construction with brick and stone veneer, aluminum insulated windows, asphalt shingles, and consists of resident rooms with bathrooms, dining, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and offices. Interior finishes include carpet, VCT, acoustical ceiling tile, gypsum, and plastic laminate casework. Sitework included relocating existing the drainage systems. There were no major challenges overcome with this project.
