MB Contractors Makes Progress on Woodland Hills

Roanoke, Va., (August 24, 2018) — MB Contractors is providing construction management services for Woodland Hills, a new upscale senior living facility in Roanoke, Virginia located on Ogden Road near Colonial Avenue.

The three-story, 83,445 square foot facility for Owner, New Millennium Senior Living Communities, LLC and Operator, Retirement Unlimited (RUI), will be home to a 98 unit community, consisting of 68 assisted living units and 30 memory care units, and will feature a wide array of amenities for residents.  Outdoor amenities will include balconies, courtyards, and a series of walking trails, while indoor amenities will include a bar/bistro, theater, library, café, fine dining, fitness room, salon, multipurpose/card playing room, and high-end finishes.

Woodland Hills is scheduled to open its doors Fall 2019.
