Affiliated with Carilion Clinic, Roanoke Athletic Club added to and renovated the existing athletic facility.  The addition included an elevator, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a fitness area for free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment.  The addition is constructed of structural steel frame with EPDM roofing, exterior structural studs with EIFS caps, and outward sloping windows with tinted glazing.  Renovations created space for Carilion Clinic’s physical therapy center and upgraded the HVAC and electrical systems.
