This interior build-out repurposed a portion of Ferguson’s existing warehouse space to accommodate 3,000 SF of “Xpress” Counter Sales and 1,935 SF of office space—previously located on a separate site.  Work was completed while the existing warehouse remained fully operational and open for business.  Any materials and equipment available from Ferguson were purchased from Ferguson.  Delivered in 54 days—16 days ahead of schedule—interior work included metal stud walls with drywall finish, impact resistant warehouse doors, acoustical ceilings, two new bathrooms, and break room with kitchenette.  Water service was rerouted throughout the renovation.  Finishes include wood casework, laminate counters, and VCT and carpet flooring.  New electrical, fire alarm system, and sprinklers also were added.  Two new entry doors with adjacent windows were cut through the existing brick masonry wall.
