Constructed under a Design-Build approach, Boxley’s 12,739 SF showroom was completed in four months.  MB Contractors delivered cost savings that allowed Boxley to include the installation of an impressive outdoor hardscape display area and other desired site amenities into the project scope.  The masonry sales office consists is 3,400 SF and includes a stained concrete floor with multiple display walls and racks.  The remaining 9,339 SF warehouse is utilized for product storage.  The large paved storage area allows for staging of concrete and brick masonry products, ready for immediate delivery.  Boxley furnished the masonry materials and their sister company, Boxley Concrete, furnished all concreting materials and accessories.  The warehouse is constructed with “Dry-Block” concrete masonry units which are manufactured with integral waterproofing agents, eliminating the need to apply post construction waterproofing sealers.
